An addon for firefox similar to the bookmark star on the address-bar that when visiting IMDB indicates if you have the movie and allows to add new movies from there, just like bookmarks.

Switch from BASH to another language (idle speculation)

I am really not sure about this, but as Figuritas becomes more and more complex it may become unfeasible to mantain the backend in BASH.

I know you have a certain expertise on complex projects in BASH, and certainly you have given it a thought before starting to code. Still, if a need arises to change it is better sooner than later.
